We conducted TESPIM - Thematic Experience Sharing Program- for all ANSACS TI NGOs and CBOs.
Sensitized various types of stakeholders for creating enabling environment for marginalized communities.
We worked for the Greater Chennai Corporation for the COVID19 prevention, awareness and control project from May 19 to mid September giving face masks, giving information about personal and community care, safety and prevention of COVID19 and to offer testing and referrals for care.
We received high appreciation for IEC activity and target achievement from the GCC officials.
We provided provisions during the lockdown to all affected transgender women in Chennai in two separate attempts to alleviate their suffering and were well recognized and we were published on tv for this effort.
We are now providing Tuberculosis education, prevention, screening and care service for transgender women under SAATHII through STOP TB partnership.
